What's a JACK inspection?
One inspection is one voice note walked through a job. JACK transcribes what you said on site and structures it into a draft quote or job report with suggested line items — then you review and edit before anything goes out. AI compute is included in your plan allowance; there are no per-use charges to you or your customers.
Pricing questions
Is JACK included on every plan?
Yes. JACK is included on every plan and is unlimited for all businesses during the TradeWaka beta. There are no separate per-use AI charges on top of your plan.
What happens if I reach my JACK allowance?
Your JACK inspection allowance resets at the start of each monthly period. If you reach it before then, the rest of TradeWaka keeps working — jobs, quotes, invoices and the customer portal are unaffected. To keep using JACK straight away, move up to a plan with a larger allowance.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. You can move between Starter, Pro and Business, and you can cancel from your billing settings. TradeWaka has no lock-in contract. Any change to what you're charged is confirmed at checkout or in your billing settings before it applies.
How is GST handled?
Prices shown here are in Australian dollars. Whether GST is added or already included is confirmed on the checkout and billing screen before you pay, along with your tax invoice — please treat the figures on this page as the plan price rather than a final tax breakdown.
Does the price change with how many quotes or invoices I send?
No. Your plan price is the plan price. The one thing that's metered is JACK, through the monthly inspection allowance shown on each plan — quotes, invoices, jobs and the customer portal aren't charged per use.
Can my team use TradeWaka?
Pro includes up to 3 team members. Business includes unlimited team members with advanced permissions. Starter is built for a solo trade business.
Does it work on my phone as well as a computer?
Yes. TradeWaka runs in the browser on your phone, tablet and computer, so you can talk to JACK on site and finish the paperwork wherever you like. There's nothing to install.
